Rashawnda owns Pieces of Kandakes Jewelry. Women's Empowerment MPLS (WEPMPLS) is a radiant brand dedicated to uplifting women through the art of jewelry. It illuminates diverse avenues, such as fashion shows, art exhibitions, confidence-boosting events, and esteem-enhancing panels, while championing the essence of self-care.

Founded in 2017 in the heart of Wichita, Kansas, and officially unfurling its wings in 2021 in Minnesota, Pieces of Kandakes has touched the lives of over 600 women through its extraordinary collections and initiatives, including five annual Women Empowerment project shoots and launch celebrations. In 2021, RaShawnda was honored to become the first jewelry brand representative to grace a fashion panel at the illustrious Minnesota State Capitol.

As an artist, I am committed to being a beacon of hope rather than merely observing persisting struggles. It is a privilege to act as a catalyst for transformation. I aspire for this event to blossom into a national movement, for the plight of underpaid artists resonates far and wide.
